Live chat product

Vocoll is the second active company within the VerseOne group umbrella. Vocoll provides an interface for customers to interact with the organisation through live chat, as well as being a platform for staff to easily collaborate through frictionless digital interactions — with over 1.7+ million and counting.

I was tasked with creating the sub-brand and product design that felt like it was part of the VerseOne family of products but also retained its own identity. We achieved this through the subtle borrowing of particular brand assets such as typographic styles and vibrant gradients.

User interviews, stakeholder workshops, web application design, branding.

 

Design

Modernising the user interface and improving the workflows for the Vocoll live chat product. Developing a single design system for both of the VerseOne feature products — the CMS and Vocoll live chat. So that they are recognisable as a family of products and patterns learned in one system is easily carried over to the other.
